  The reasons are in the debug output.  It's all clear if you know what you're looking for.

  The follow the documentation.  And let someone who *does* understand it read the debug output, and help you.

  This isn't difficult.  You were told to read the documentation.  The documentation tells you exactly what you need to do, in order to fix the problem.

  You now have a choice:

a) ignore all the help you're given, and don't fix it

b) read the documentation, follow the instructions, and get it fixed.

  The choice is yours.
