This is not really a FR question but none the less I will say this: you have already asked this question albeit in a slightly different manner and received answers for it, I say this because I in fact included a list of equipment in those previous answers as an example of what would be required to do exactly that.

Hello every body
I wish to make my users to Access only facebook or whatsapp .
I want to sell whatsapp or facebook Buckets so user will buy whatsapp packet for example  and he will access only whatsapp

How can I do that using freeradius . if user does not provide like this service which tools should I use to acheive my goal?
