Impossible question to answer.

FreeRADIUS works in many systems. It's not usually the limiting factor
in the design. If the "device" follows the RFCs, it should work.

But it's a RADIUS server, not a hotspot web-intercept login server. If
you're looking for that then you need something else for that
functionality.
