Large Deployment advice. 10000 users

10k users it's a little deploy.
your performance depends only:
1) bbdd tunning (mysql - postgree)
2) Operating system tunning (file descriptors, etc...)
3) split radius server and bbdd servers 
4) tunning freeradius config.
