  Yes, that's how RADIUS attributes are formatted.  We know that.

  It helps for *you* to understand how FreeRADIUS works.  It's all documented.

  So... post the debug output to the list.  As suggested in the FAQ, "man" page, web pages, and daily on this list.

  And update the dictionaries, as I suggested.
