RADIUS packets larger than 4K over RadSec

Hi Alan, Arran, Matthew, 

I vaguely recall a while ago that there was a proposed change to FR 3 to allow RADIUS packets larger than 4096 octets over RadSec connections... was this ever implemented?

I can't recall whether it was or not!
