  When you post PART of the debug output, you're wasting everyone's time.

  This isn't difficult.  Post the debug out STARTING FROM WHEN THE SERVER RECEIVES A PACKET.

  And the post ALL of it until the final Access-Accept or Access-Reject is returned.
