Are you:
* Running a very old version of FreeRADIUS?
* Running a very old version of OpenSSL?
* Using EAP certificates with sha1 hashes/512 bit RSA/DSA, or other obsolete crypto?

My guess is the answer to one of those questions is probably "yes" - in which case the solution is to upgrade.
