Huawei switchs and MAC address authentication

I've got 2 logs (freeradius -X), one which works and one which failed 
(huawei)

i can see that
OK    : files: users: Matched entry DEFAULT at line 181
NoOK  : files: users: Matched entry 0080F401C325 at line 182

I think it's about the "/etc/freeradius/3.0/mods-config/files/authorize" 
file.

Here is the 2 lines
181 DEFAULT Framed-Protocol == PPP
182         Framed-Protocol = PPP,

Does someone could explain me what is the problem?
