  Why?  v4 isn't officially released, and is still in development.  It may or may not work, depending on the day, and the status of re-architecture work.

  Uh... no.  The official repository is not there.  It's in the same location it's always been:

https://github.com/freeradius/freeradius-server

  It's in the same location it's always been:  src/modules/rlm_sql/drivers/rlm_sql_mysql.  This is the same location (and build process) as with v3.

  But be aware that we're not really going to answer configuration questions about v4.  If it works, great.  If not, go through the documentation.  And the feature set and documentation may change without notice.

  You really shouldn't use v4 unless you know exactly what you're doing.
