eapol_test to windows NPS server

hi,

this *isnt* a FreeRADIUS problem.   your issue is using eapol_test
(par of wpa_supplicant) and NPS (a microsoft product)

if you look at the logs you'll see

SSL: SSL3 alert: write (local SSL3 detected an error):fatal:protocol version

EAP: Status notification: local TLS alert (param=protocol version)

SSL: (where=0x1002 ret=0xffffffff)

SSL: SSL_connect:error in error

OpenSSL: openssl_handshake - SSL_connect error:1425F102:SSL
routines:ssl_choose_client_version:unsupported protocol


would suggest that you need to sort out your OpenSSL environment , use
an up to date distro, or your NPS has been locked down to specific
protocols.
