Yep those were pretty much my answers on stack overflow.  He's apparently one of the ones that keeps asking the same question until he gets an answer he likes.

OP, you've been told by two of the core developers of FreeRADIUS that the problem lies elsewhere.

Go and talk to OneLogin and ask them why their service breaks every day between 4:00am and 6:00am instead of wasting our time.
