Alan,

We want to use different lease time for different set of mac addresses. The sites-enabled/dhcp chooses that number based on some logic on MAC address. redis_ippool module uses that number.

Arran,

  /usr/local/bin/rlm_redis_ippool_tool -a 10.88.64.2-10.88.67.254 devstack08-db-eval1-0001-001.oovb0g.0001.usw2.cache.amazonaws.com VSAT-UT

I am using old git hash 5309825993e5c61a4b2551d9799ba41ff141478c on master branch.
