proxy.conf from mysql database?

Hi experts,

I am currently using proxy.conf to list all the realms. is there anyway i
can fetch these realms from mysql database?

My proxy.conf

realm xx.com {
       authhost        = xx.xx.xx.xx:1812
       accthost        = xx.xx.xx.xx :1813
       secret          = xxsecretxx
       fallback        = LOCAL
       nostrip
}
