  The Cisco-AVPair checks aren't matching.  And this does *not* match the "users" file entry you posted earlier:

3c15c2e840fe    Auth-Type := Accept
               cisco-AVPair = "psk-mode=ascii",
               cisco-AVPair = "psk=abcdefgh"

  The cisco-avpair lines go into the *radreply* table.  And use the "=" operator, not "==".
