3.0.21 installed from source fails to parse /mods-config/files/authorize?

No password available.

Did you add the entry to the "users" file?

  testing Cleartext-Password := "password"

Make sure the users file is still a symlink. If you edited it but it's
a plain file then that's likely the problem.
