EAP-TLS host certificates

I fixed the second part of my previous post where I was using the
bootstrapped certificates. Now the freeradius service starts up fine,
but I'm still getting the same behavior as when using my own CA to
"make" the server and client certificates. I imported the freeradius
custom CA cert and the client cert in the Windows 10 client.

I know this is because the client refuses to continue, but I don't
know what else to look for now.

When you import the client certificate in windows 10 does it matter if
it's in the computer account or the user account?

Any thoughts?
