Disable accounting logging

  Those are disabled in the default configuration.

  As the documentation says... when upgrading, don't just copy over the v2 config to v3.  Instead, start with the v3 config, and make gradual changes to make it operate like the v2 config.

  Doing it that way means that this problem would not have occurred.
