Force ignore access request \ blacklist

Hi,

I`m looking how to ignore\blacklist request based on certain condition,
e.g. ip address, something like:

               if "%{request:Calling-Station-Id}" == <ip_address> {
               (ignore request)
        }

or any module which would enable blacklisting?
I would need to drop a packet rather than reject it.
