FreeRADIUS - Google LDAP - Error in debug mode - Regarding

The setup is CentOS7 with FreeRADIUS on a VM.
Connected to Google Secure LDAP.
EAP Settings: EAP-TTLS-PAP (As you suggested it is working only with
EAP-TTLS-PAP)
Our W-Fi devices are Aruba IAPs and we are using the virtual controller.

It was working fine, but recently I am facing an issue that the FreeRADIUS
server processes the request only in debug mode. That is, it is accepting
the request when the server is running in debug mode.

Really I am not having any intentions like that. I'm sorry for this

I need help in this regard. From my understanding the server should be in
debug mode for processing the requests.
Our aim is implementing FreeRADIUS as a one stop solution for AAA and
dynamic vlan. As of now I am working on dynamic vlan configuration in
FreeRADIUS.
VLANs based on G Suite OUs or groups. The OUs or groups are listed and
assigned a VLAN in /etc/freeradius/3.0/mods-config/files/authorize
