Python module for FreeRADIUS

Hi Matthew,

we just noticed that in the main server freeradius deb package from 
networkradius.com there is only the Python 2 module. I meant the Python 
3 module, of course, as Python 2 support stopped two years ago. Did we 
overlook something?
