3GPP Rel 8 support

Could anyone confirm whether they have successfully deployed freeradius for use with 3GPP Rel 8 dictionaries ?

I have a need to deploy a 3GPP Rel 8 compatible radius server for use as authentication in a mobile network operators 4G private APN network configuration. I am trying to understand if anyone else has achieved this successfully previously.
