  The names have all changed from things like "Cisco-AVPair" to "Vendor-Specific.Cisco.AVPair".

  The changes for EAP-SIM / EAP-AKA are in the file share/dictionary/eap/aka-sim/dictionary.freeradius

  But as with most things v4... it if works, great.  If not, please supply a patch.  We haven't released a public version of v4 for good reasons:  It's not done.
