How "bind as user" mode works?

I had tought it wasn't necessary in this case, if it was you could
have asked.
I read the debug output and not understand it very well yet, sorry.
It's not so easy for a newbie to understand the documentation and the
concepts, this inner tunnel concept for example.
I uncomented this in authenticate in the inner tunnel and it still don't work.
