How safely update from 3.0 to 3.2 (Debian Bullseye)

Are you using the Network RADIUS repositories?

Go to https://packages.networkradius.com/ for instructions on installing 
the Network RADIUS provided packages and that includes the ability to 
choose the 3.0 branch or the 3.2 branch

3.2 and 3.0 take the same configuration format.
