Which module is listening to udp port 52894

Greetings!

Could you please tell me, which module cal listening to udp port 52894 ?

Grepping of configs gives nothing as well as googling and searching in 
the sources repository.

Freeradius installed from the ubuntu package repository.

Listening port output:

#lsof -Pi4
