  He had previously posted messages with content.

  I blocked one email address.  Instead of emailing me or the "freeradius-users-owner" address to discuss or explain the issue, he's just subscribed with another email address.

  And kept posting content-free messages.

  Until such time as he can post content, *all* of his email addresses will be banned immediately.

  The issue is not just posting content-free messages.  It's also that he's completely ignoring any attempt by me to have him fix the issue.  He just keeps resubscribing, and posting nothing.

  It's 2023.  It shouldn't be difficult to post messages to a mailing list.
