  That's v2.  I would strongly recommend using v3.  Unfortunately, v3 doesn't have a jradius plugin.

  However, there are very very few reasons for using complex languages like Perl, python, or Java with FreeRADIUS.  Pretty much everything you need is supported by the base server.

  But perhaps there's some kind of "debug log" you could read to see how the server works.
