Mac client fails to authenticate after upgrade from 3.0.16 to 3.0.26

Hello All,

I migrated my FreeRadius setup to new server and since then I'm not able to authenticate from macos or ios.
I even compared all config files one by and adjusted it to be exact as on old server but it didn't change anything so I reverted to installation defaults.
Both FreeRadius instances are talking to the same ldap server and on old one I'm able to authenticate and on new one I'm not.
I'm pretty stuck here and I'm asking for help since I'm not experienced enough and I'm out of any other options.
Maybe someone will be able to help?
