  What does that have to do with changing passwords every day?

  If the user is allowed on, don't change the password.  If the user isn't allowed on, delete the account.

  For the rest of it, the error messages mean that the Windows device isn't configured properly.  It doesn't know anything about the certificates that the server is using.
