 I don't have documentation on all possible NASes.

 Ask the vendor how their software behaves.

 But again... the value isn't magic.  The NAS is sending an accounting packet which contains Acct-Input-Gigawords = 1, or Acct-Output-Gigawords = 1.   Hint: 4294967296 == 2^32.

 If you look at the debug output (as ALL of the documentation says to do) you will see this attribute and value in the debug logs.
