Help with Configuration

I have two problems that I want to solve.

1- There is a duplicate in Radacct with acctstoptime null, knowing that I
linked the free radius with the microtech.

2- Users are located in users.

They have a username that matches the username in Radacct and they have an
expiration date.

If the expiration date has passed, I want them to be disconnected from the
service with coa or without, but I tried Chatgpt solutions and they did not
work.
