Question about Clickhouse DB to Store Accounting

  It should be fine.

  The only issue I can see is that ClickHouse DB is designed for analyzing large data sets.   So it's likely best suited for long-term RADIUS accounting data.  It may be less good at updating the "live" accounting database.
