Adding VLAN ID Attribute

Hi How to add the vlan-id attribute to the Accept-Accept packet?? Where should i look into to see the attributes that are sent in the Access-Reply packet?? Thanks -- "If u look at what u dont have in life, u dont have anything But if u look at what u have in life, u have everything.....!!"
