I called the Office of Legal Affairs listed on: http://www.gatech.edu/legal.php, Randy Nordin (404-894-4812). He was busy, and would be out the rest of the day. But I did leave a message re: copyright infringement, and asked him to respond to my previous email. I also contacted softwarefreedom.org, and asked for assistance. We'll see what comes up.
