OK, I've done the same thing for the other configuration files.  I've
also updated sql.conf to do:

	database = "mysql"
	driver = "rlm_sql_${database}"

	...

$INCLUDE ${confdir}/sql/${database}/dialup.conf

  Please test it to see if it works. :)  I don't use sql, so I haven't
done the last step.
