Compile FreeRADIUS with Cygwin..

For a project I need to have FreeRADIUS on a Windows 2008 server. I've used FreeRADIUS.net's 1.1.7 binary, but that only works in debug mode for some strange reason. I get errors that cygheap base mismatch detected. Incompatible versions of cygwin1.dll That dll comes with the installer ... strange.
