linux clears dumpable flag on uid change

Hello, When a process changes uid/gid under linux the flag that allows a core dump is cleared. Since the 2.4 kernel is has been possible to reset the "dumpable" flag using prctl. Would the freeradius project welcome a patch? Thanks, Ryan
