PERL, stable/experimental and included config

hi, PERL is listed as a 'stable' module for some time now, no longer is --with-experimental-modules required to build the rlm_perl, hence I would propose that we now ship with a perl.conf file that conatins, in essence, the old stanza from experimental.conf - and we have commented out entries for perl in the usual places for the rest of the site-enabled/radiusd configs ready for use by those wanting to use this facility (eg in pre-auth, auth, post-auth, pre-acct, acct and post-acct, pre-proxy and post-proxy etc) alan
