My authentication requests work fine but just on one accounting request the free-radius (version 2.1.9) gives segmentation fault.

please read the doc/bugs document (provided in source tarball of freeradius code) it will detail the way of getting useful information out. the 'segementation fault' print after detail haad returned OK isnt useful at all - the debugging method documented will help a lot alan
