User-Password is required for EAP-MD5 authentication !

Hi, I am trying to make an EAP MD5 authentication with radeapclient and FreeRadius 1.1.6, after receiving the challenge reply, radius server display the following Message : rlm_eap_md5: User-Password is required for EAP-MD5 authentication is it a problem of users file configuration, if it is please send how to proceed in order to configure radius forr an EAP MD5 authentication.
