This part I like. Especialy if it was open to more changes.

Also, having a 1.1.0 with a few minor changes means that the step to 2.x is less problematic.

I know I had few problems migrating to CVS head from 1.0.x What would be different? What more than a sdiff on radiusd.conf would be neccessary?

Thoughts? Opinions? Rocks & bricks?
