There appear to be another radius server on port...

Hi! I've install a radius server as a proxy radius server and when i want to start this one, i have the message "there appear to have another radius server on port 1818".But it is the only machine where radius is running... How is it due? how can i resolve this problem? Thanks a lot in advance for your help!
