Hi I have been testing freeradius for a while and its seems really straight forward. I would just like to know if its possible to right "login scripts". What I am trying to achieve is this. we currently have two different gateways out there (nomadix and mikrotik) and if the users from nomadix ventures to a mikrotik site I would like to change his attributes to one of the VSA's that mikrotik will understand. Is this possible at all, where would one go about writing such a script? Thanks alot -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Login-scripts-tp28644158p28644158.html Sent from the FreeRadius - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
Quite new to FR2, though you could use that unlang feature to change 'on the fly' attributes and such. By identifying the nas type you could send the correct attributes. There is another way to approach this problem and that is to include both vendor's set of attributes to the NAS in your group profiles. This way, the NAS will accept it's own vendor and reject/not use the other vendors attributes. Should work I think. Regards, Liran. On Sat, May 22, 2010 at 6:57 PM, tyllerd <tyllerd@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi Liran Thanks alot, I got quite exited when I saw the "other approach", however I don't think that it would for because if the users is using his voucher at a Nomadix and uses lets say 100mb that won't reflect in mikrotik attribute and vice-versa. I will have a look at unlang. Thanks for the help On Sun, May 23, 2010 at 6:29 PM, liran tal <liransgarage@gmail.com> wrote:
