My favorite was actually phpmyadmin, editing the tables directly :D If you can get it working, diaulup-admin (included in FR source) or daloradius should be good. -- Fajar

I write the Grase Hotspot interface for managing SQL users for a hotspot environment (although it could easily be used to manage users for other environments that just need simple login/expirys).
There are plenty of other systems out there for managing the users, most are orientated towards a particular use case. Tim
