There's no such file in the default config. Try looking at the file to see what's in it, and reading radiusd.conf to see what you changed to create the file. Alan DeKok.

I did't define the NULL file in any of the configs files. The file is binary with some info similar to radius.log I checked the config files but they are ok

Perhaps you didn't see my reply. The default configuration does not define any file called NULL. No one else in the world has seen this problem. Therefore, it's a problem with your local system. Alan DeKok.
