Most stable version of FreeRadius ?

v2.2.6, but it will be deprecated soon. For new installs I would highly recommend 3.0.6. Although the defect rate is higher, there's are also significantly better test coverage for EAP and the policy language. It's also been successfully deployed in many eduroam environments.
