Which are the differences, advantages and disadvantages of the storage of users information whether in files or sql server? 2. How can get user information about their general information, session time, amount of mb downloaded, IP connection and other statistics to show to the user? For a small system, it's OK to put users into flat-text files. Once you have hundreds or more users... databases are the way to go.
2. How can get user information about their general information, session time, amount of mb downloaded, IP connection and other statistics to show to the user?
Store the accounting information in a database. Then, query the database. Alan DeKok.
