Hi everyone... I have a lan and wireless network... The wireless network i want to use a captive portal (coovachilli) but in places that i don't have wireless i need to use access points to access to the lan network... I use freeradius with mysql... I configure 2 clients in clients.conf the coovachilli is localhost and lan network 172.16.32.0 is another client, but in coovachilli i login with my users in the database and y did, but i have problems to the ap... The didn't login... In the database u stored username with user-password attribute... Is it correct?

thaks for the answer... yes i said that freeradius with coovachilli works but with the access point i think send another request so it fails.. is possible that the access points and coovachilli use the same way to authenticate? Yes, you did say that. But, I have no idea what you mean by "i think send another request so it fails"? As I said before, read the FAQ (it will tell you to provide debug output): http://wiki.freeradius.org/FAQ#It+still+doesn%27t+work%21 If you want help, provide details of what you're trying to accomplish and debug output from a request that is failing. Otherwise, you're just wasting everyone's time. If I said to you, "my car doesn't work", is that enough information for you to tell me what's wrong with it?

I have 2 networks: wireless network (10.1.0.0/24) and lan network (172.16.32.0/19) I used coovachilli with freeradius (at the same server) to authenticate users at wireless network and it works. But in the lan network i also have access points. So i need to use freeradius with the access points (DLINK DWL-2100AP). I have 2 clients in clients.conf the localhost (for covachilli) and a 172.16.32.0/19client (for the access point) but with the access point can´t authenticate. So.. what i need to configure?
