Is this anything to be worried about?
No. The client *should* wait at least a second before re-transmitting a packet. When it doesn't, this message is produced. i.e. RFC 5080 Section 2.2.1 describes recommended retransmission timers. Clients which are more aggressive than that aren't being polite. Alan DeKok.
